Following feedback from staff, a revised guidance note for ‘End of year review (appraisal) and objective setting documents’ and revised behaviours was produced to be used as part of the appraisal process.
These changes included and were implemented as of March 2015:
- The proposed grading structure.
- A revised process for determining evidence to support consideration of annual review elements of the revised pay and grading structure for Support Services staff is introduced; namely pay points.
The simplification and modification of the ‘behaviours’ section with consideration given both to stream-lining and to varying between three levels (middle management, supervisory management, non-supervisory).
